Residential Plan Service

The Butler County Lumber Company plan service program is a three step process.  Our registered architect and sales staff will work closely with you thorough each phase of the plan service.

Phase 1, the design phase, results in preliminary conceptual design drawings including elevations and floor plans.  The preliminary plans are suitable for cost estimating.

Phase 2, the working drawings phase, results in the final drawings.  These drawings are suitable for obtaining your architectural building permits and constructing your project.

Phase 3, the construction phase, consists of the project construction. During this phase the architect and sales staff will assist you in material selection and plan interpretation.

Woodworking Mill

Butler County Lumber Company woodworking mill provides custom millwork built to your specifications.

Including:

• Wood moulding to match your pattern.
• Stairs – finished, carpeted box, and outdoor in oak, poplar, pine, treated, and composite material
• Door and door units built to standard and custom sizes in multiple styles.
• Cabinets, bookshelves and entertainment centers.
• Laminate and wood countertops.

Skids, Crates and Industrial Lumber

In addition to custom finish millwork, our mill provides industrial lumber products in large and small quantities.

• Skids and crates built to your specifications.
• Lumber and plywood cut to your custom sizes
• Industrial lumber.

Delivery

Our fleet of trucks provides prompt, same day delivery at a nominal charge to locations in Southwest Ohio, including Cincinnati, Reily, Oxford, Middletown,  West Chester and beyond.
